S/DG Coordinators

Coordinator Training
Training is conducted by the Head Coordinator, Karol McQueary (karolmcqueary@gmail.com), around the beginning of April, August, and December, approximately one month before the start of each academic term. All coordinators (even experienced coordinators) are encouraged to attend this training session because guidelines and tips for coordinating SDGs are always being improved.

Class Schedule and Roster Templates
All coordinators have to create a class schedule for their S/DGs. Here is a form that allows you to manage the presentation and discussion schedule while also displaying the class membership all on one page. The column titled “timing” indicates the minutes allotted to each presentation or discussion. You will find as the class progresses you will be frequently updating the schedule so be sure to date each version. Feel free to adapt this or make your own.
