Kitchen Door.
Ever wondered what it’s like to run a restaurant, work in the kitchen, hire and train staff, create a tasty menu, create an appealing dining experience?
Do you like to explore local venues and try new foods? Do you enjoy getting together with friends, making new friends and sharing a meal together? Then this Special Interest Group is for you!
Our group meets about once a month to share a meal and meet owners, managers or chefs of local restaurants and learn about what goes on “Behind the Kitchen Door”.
To ensure we experience a variety of cuisines, participants each take a turn to select the restaurant and work with key personnel at the restaurant to make necessary arrangements.
