Science, Technology & Society

The STS Affiliated Group meets bi-monthly for potluck dinners at a Michael Feygin’s home (mfeygin1@gmail.com) to discuss evolving technologies and their impact on society. Topics for discussion are chosen by consensus. For each meeting, a volunteer researches the topic, provides preparatory materials, and facilitates the discussion.

Participation does not require any special scientific expertise, but rather a general awareness of current scientific issues and an interest in exploring how they are shaping our lives.
