If you click on Submit and nothing happens, you get an error message or an email program opens that requires configuration then the following may help:
Click on dgoodno@roadrunner.com and verify the same problem occurs
Are you using web-based email, such as gmail, Hotmail or yahoo?
If above are both yes then you need to install/configure a PC based email program. Some browsers may be configured to fix your problem but I cannot make MS IE or Google Chrome do that. I suggest using Windows Live Mail. It is already included with Windows 7 & 8 and can be downloaded for free for Windows Vista and XP. It replaces Outlook Express on XP and Windows Mail on Vista and will work with all browsers. Go to All Programs on your PC and see if Windows Live Mail is present, if it is go to step 3.
Download Windows Live Mail from: http://download.cnet.com/Windows-Live-Mail/3000-2367_4-98282.html
Follow directions to Install the program on your PC
To configure Windows Live Mail you must have your email address, user name and password. I f you have thousands of emails on your email web site I would suggest that you first delete as many as possible before setting up Windows Live Mail or else all of the email you have online will automatically download and this may take a very long time!
Start Windows Live Mail and follow the program directions
You may add more than one email address but you must set one to default
