Print or Electronic | Article Submission Guidelines | Index of Member Profiles
Print or ElectronicIssues are mailed through the regular mail to all members. Naturally, this takes time and costs money that our volunteer organization could put to better uses.As a result, many members prefer to receive their Newsletters electronically. These members get an email announcing the new issue and giving a link to that issue on our Website. The emails go out the same day that the print issues are sent to the Post Office. As a result, those members who receive their Newsletters electronically actually get a chance to read new issues earlier than any of the print subscribers. As an added bonus, the electronic version is in full color, whereas the print edition is in black and white. This can make a lot of difference when the issue is full of photographs of members at special events. If you'd like to change your subscription of the Omnilore Newsletter from print to electronic, just send an email to Johan Smith, our Omnilore Staff Secretary, explaining who you are and that you'd like to make the change to digital receipt of your Omnilore Newsletter. Article Submission Guidelines
Omnilore News is published six times annually. The Editors welcome
short feature articles and news stories from members. Please contact
the editors with your contributions. Your contriutions can be in
whatever form you are most comfortable in using—clear longhand,
typescript, embedded in an email, or sent as an email attachment in
a standard word-processing format.
Archive of Current and Past NewslettersOur Newsletter files are large—a high MB count in the table below means a longer load time). Be sure to allow time for the newsletter to open. Be patient.
Index of Member Profiles
The Omnilore Newsletter has maintained a tradition of publishing
articles profiling its members. Here below, is an index of those
articles listed alphabetically by members' names. If you click
on the name, it will take you to the newsletter where the profile was
published. To find the profile in the newsletter,
just scroll through the issue or use
the "Find Command" ("Windows F"
on a PC or "Command F" on a Mac)
to locate the person's name within the body of the issue.
